Trader Joe’s is In

David Fink of Finmarc Management called me Feb. 12, the day after our last meeting, to confirm that Trader Joe’s has signed a lease with Burnt Mills Shopping Center.

Other lease negotiations continue; demolition should begin within 30 days.  I’ll give an update on other shops at the April meeting.   ■
