All-Ages Halloween Bike Ride Sunday, 30 October

Hi and Hola Neighbors. The Northwood Bicycle Club invites cyclists of all ages to join us for our last ride of the year, an All-Ages Halloween Bike Ride!

Meet us Sunday, 30 October, at 10 a.m. at our North Four Corners Park (211 Southwood Avenue) for complimentary coffee, donuts, and other treats for those in attendance, courtesy of the NFCCA Board. Bring along your trusty bicycle and don your Halloween costume; we will roll out at 10:30 a.m. for an approximately four-mile ride featuring music-on-wheels with some classic Halloween tunes to jam along the route.

This time we will ride from the park down towards Sligo Creek Parkway and back. As usual, our volunteers will monitor the intersections and assist riders to keep together.

The Northwood Bicycle Club hopes to close its inaugural year with a great turnout for the first ever All-Ages Halloween Bike Ride. Don’t hesitate to bring your bike and trailer, cargo bike, e-bike, penny farthing, tow-along, bike and child seat, etc. All bikes are welcome! ...And don’t forget to wear your costume!

I’m very glad to see so many of you riding with me. I’m grateful for your participation and also grateful to the NFCCA for their contributions to provide all participants with pre-ride treats.

Paseo en Bicicleta de Halloween El Domingo 30 de Octubre

Hola vecinos. El Northwood Bicycle Club invita a los ciclistas de todas las edades a acompañarnos en nuestro último paseo del año, ¡Un Paseo en Bicicleta de Halloween!

Reúnase con nosotros el domingo 30 de octubre a las 10 a.m. en nuestro parque, North Four Corners (211 Southwood Avenue), para disfrutar de café, donas, y otras delicias para los participantes, cortesía de la asociación cívica de nuestro vecindario, NFCCA. Traiga su bicicleta, ponga su disfraz de Halloween, saldremos a las 10:30 para un viaje de aproximadamente 4 millas con música sobre ruedas tocando algunas canciones de Halloween para disfrutar a lo largo de la ruta.

Esta vez viajaremos desde el parque hacia Sligo Creek Parkway y de regreso. Como de costumbre, nuestros voluntarios controlarán las intersecciones, los cruces y ayudarán a los ciclistas a mantener la formación de bicis.

¡El Northwood Bicycle Club espera cerrar nuestro año inaugural con una gran cantidad de participantes para nuestro primer paseo en bicicleta de Halloween! No dude en traer su bicicleta y remolque, bicicleta de carga, bicicleta eléctrica, bicicleta con asiento para niños, etc. todas las bicicletas son bienvenidas.

Estoy muy contento de ver a tantos de ustedes paseando en bici conmigo, les agradezco por su participación. También quiero dar gracias a el NFCCA por sus contribuciones para poder brindarles a todos los participantes café, donas antes del viaje.
